1. Who we are
This policy applies to ReachOutFans Tools, the collection of online video, image, text and AI utilities available at https://reachoutfans.com.
The website is owned and operated by eGeniusCare LLC. You can find out more about the company at egeniuscare.com.
This policy describes which information is collected when you use the tools, plus the account, billing and AI features, and how that information is used, shared and protected. It also explains the choices you have over your data.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create a ReachOutFans account we store your name (or display name), email address and a password stored only as a cryptographic hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account name, email address and profile identifier. Account settings and preferences are stored with your profile.
Credits and billing
If you purchase a plan or prepaid credits, we record which products you bought, your remaining credit balance, the lifetime of those credits, and the status of your subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we do not receive or store your full card details; Stripe may provide a country, postcode and partial card metadata for tax and fraud-prevention purposes.
Video downloader activity
When you use a video downloader, you paste a link and our servers fetch that link to work out which formats are available. For each request we log the source URL, the title, the platform, the selected output quality and timestamps. We use this log to operate the service (returning your download and documenting usage history), to detect abuse, and to keep the tools reliable.
AI tools
When you use AI generation, the text prompt you type, the selected model and its settings, and the output you generate are processed to produce and serve your result. See section 4 for where prompts are sent.
Files you process in the browser
The text, image, video editing and other everyday tools run inside your browser, which means the files you open there are not uploaded to our servers. We do not receive, and cannot see, files you process in those tools.
Contact and support
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address and message, and keep them so we can reply and handle your request.
Technical and usage data
Like most websites we receive technical data from your device and browser, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages and pages visited. Some of it is collected by the analytics and advertising tools described in section 3.
4. AI tools
AI image and video generation on ReachOutFans Tools is powered by third-party model providers. When you submit a prompt, we send that prompt and the selected parameters to the provider that runs the chosen model, and the provider returns the generated output. The output is stored on our servers temporarily so we can serve it to you.
The model providers process prompts under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not include personal or confidential information in prompts you do not want shared with those providers.
AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Please review generated media before using it and make sure you hold the rights you need for your intended use. See our Disclaimer for details.
5. Payments and sign-in providers
Stripe
All payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's platform and are not stored on our servers. We receive the outcome of the payment, billing country and postcode, and limited Stripe identifiers needed for receipts, invoices and dispute handling.
"Sign in with Google" is optional. If you use it, we request only the basic profile scopes (name, email address and identifier). We receive no Google password, no files and no other Google services data.
6. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain and secure the tools and your account.
- To process purchases, track credit balances and manage subscriptions.
- To resolve the download links you submit and return your downloads.
- To send AI prompts to the chosen model provider and serve generated output.
- To detect, prevent and address abuse, fraud and technical issues.
- To answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.
- To measure usage and improve the catalogue and its content.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the account, plan and tool features you requested); legitimate interests (service security, abuse prevention, analytics); consent (cookies, personalised advertising and optional features, where required); and compliance with legal obligations.
8. Retention
- Account data — kept while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour legal, tax and dispute obligations. You can delete your data by contacting us.
- Download logs — kept for up to 12 months for service operation and abuse detection.
- Contact messages — kept for up to 24 months so we can track the history of a request.
- AI output — stored temporarily to serve your result; storage duration is tied to that purpose.
When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal data.
- Object to, or restrict, certain processing, including for personalised advertising.
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you equivalent rights, including the right to know, to delete, to correct and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, describing what you need. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You are not required to create an account to make a request.
You can also contact your local supervisory authority if you have an unresolved privacy concern.
10. Children
ReachOutFans Tools is not directed at children under 13. Accounts require an email address, and users under the age of digital consent in their country may only create an account with permission from a parent or guardian. Purchases are only available to users legally able to enter into contracts, which is 18 in most jurisdictions. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security and international transfers
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, access controls and provider security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on provider safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent certifications.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the tools, providers or law. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide a more prominent notice on the site.
