1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and eGeniusCare LLC, the owner and operator of ReachOutFans Tools (https://reachoutfans.com, the "Service"). You can find out more about the company at egeniuscare.com.
By using the Service — including browsing the tools, creating an account, downloading media, generating AI output, purchasing a plan or contacting us — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the Service, and continued use after that announcement means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.
- Purchases require the legal capacity to enter into a contract, which is 18 years in most jurisdictions. Minors may only pay with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to bypass limits or bans.

3. The Service
ReachOutFans Tools provides online utilities, including: video downloaders for supported third-party platforms; browser-based video, image, text and utility tools; AI image and video generation; and optional paid plans and prepaid credits that expand limits.
The catalogue evolves. Features may be added, changed, restricted or discontinued, and individual tools may be temporarily or permanently unavailable — for example when a third-party platform changes how its links work.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service:
- To download, upload or generate content you have no right to use, or that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- To process illegal content, content that exploits or endangers minors, malware, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that incites violence or hatred.
- To circumvent paywalls, DRM, rate limits, bans or technical protections of the Service or of third-party platforms.
- To automate, scrape or resell access to the Service, or to load it in a way that degrades availability for others.
- To generate or distribute spam, deceptive or misleading media (including misleading AI-generated depictions of real people), or content impersonating others.
- To violate the terms of service of any platform whose links you resolve through our downloaders.
5. Downloading media and copyright
The downloaders are an independent utility. ReachOutFans Tools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Vimeo, Dailymotion, OK.ru, Likee or any other platform. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and downloads are not performed by or on behalf of those platforms.
The Service does not host the media resolved through the downloaders. It locates publicly accessible formats at the link you provide and returns them to you. YouTube downloads are not supported.
You alone are responsible for making sure you have the right to download and use any media — for example because you created it, own it, or have permission. If you are a rights holder and believe the Service is being used to infringe your rights, contact [email protected] with details of the work and the URL concerned, and we will review and act appropriately.
6. AI-generated content
AI output is produced by third-party models whose behaviour we do not control. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other generations, or restricted by the provider's terms.
- Review all output before relying on or publishing it.
- Do not use the AI tools to create content that misleadingly depicts real people, events or endorsements.
- Ownership and commercial-use rights in generated media are governed by the applicable model provider's terms and applicable law; we do not warrant that you will hold exclusive rights to any output.
- You must have the rights needed for the way you use generated content.
7. Plans, credits, payments and refunds
Paid features are offered as subscriptions ("plans") and prepaid usage ("credits"), with pricing and limits shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
- Credits are prepaid and used for AI generation and other metered features. Credits are provided for the validity period displayed at purchase.
- Price changes will be communicated in advance of your next renewal.
- Refunds are handled case by case. Contact [email protected] with your payment details if you believe a charge is wrong; where mandatory consumer law applies (including EU/UK withdrawal rights), you keep those rights.
- Abuse — plans and credits are for your personal or internal business use and cannot be resold, shared or transferred.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its design, code, text, graphics and branding — is owned by eGeniusCare LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms gives you rights over our trademarks or branding.
Content you bring to the tools remains yours. You grant us only the limited technical rights needed to run the feature you requested (for example, transmitting a prompt to the selected AI provider or resolving the link you paste).
Names of third-party platforms and products are trademarks of their respective owners, and use on the Service is for identification only.
9. Third-party content, links and advertising
The Service may display third-party advertising and link to third-party websites, platforms and AI providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices. Your dealings with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and them.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, that downloads will always succeed, or that AI output will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eGeniusCare LLC, its members, employees and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the affected service or to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you never paid, USD 100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Some jurisdictions, including the EU, give consumers statutory rights that this section cannot override; where that applies, those rights prevail.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eGeniusCare LLC and its personnel from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you download, upload or generate through the Service.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or where we reasonably believe continued access creates risk. Where practicable and lawful we will explain the reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which eGeniusCare LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence still applies to you as a consumer.
